Emerald Dragon is a refreshing green tea that is smooth on the palate and made in limited, small micro-lots by minority groups in the Honag Su Phi region of Northern Vietnam. The tea is hand made from leaves from the ancient forests which produces a vibrant jade colour liquor when infused. It has vegetal notes of bean sprouts and cucumber with only light hints of refreshing astringency.
Brewing instructions: 90C for 3 mins
Contains 200 grams of loose leaf tea.
