Ruby Black is a handmade tea with dark curled leaves almost oolong in processing style. It is made by women from the Jasbire Village and is slowly oxidised. Due to the high elevations of the region and the misty mountains the characteristics of the tea are its beautiful, malty aroma. The flavour of the tea is its light taste of walnuts and caramel, the liquor is coppery, bronze in colour.
Brewing instructions: 3g per cup, steep at 95C for 3 minutes.
Contains 200 grams of loose leaf tea.
